Meet the Titus Team

The business world can feel pretty rough-and-tumble at times. The overblown egos, the broken promises, the inflated prices—it can all be so frustrating. Business transactions too often feel like ordeals to be survived. But they really should be mutually beneficial exchanges that help both sides in equal measure.

When we launched Titus Contracting, we wanted to be a different type of business. We decided to test the old adage that says nice guys (and gals) finish last. We were convinced we could build a successful business on a foundation of human decency. If we were wrong, we’d just do something else to make a living.

Titus remodeled our entire house and made it our home! During the 10-month project, all staff and crew members were onsite when promised and the project was completed on budget. We have had Titus do three major re-modelings to our townhome in Edina, beginning with the whole main floor when we bought the unit, then the lower level, and finally the master bath. We just wrapped up our remodeling project that touched over half of our home, and are extremely happy. We reached out to Titus after almost signing a contract with another company that had a lower price tag, but provided no plans or design, and knew would be a much larger cost than the contracted quote amount. We are very happy with the decision, and are looking forward to completing our lower level with Titus.
