Is It Time to Remodel?

How do you know when it’s time for a kitchen or bath remodel?  Some things to look for are:

  • Storage struggles:  Constant clutter may mean your layout no longer fits your lifestyle.
  • Worn-out finishes:  Stained grout, cracked tile, or water damage are not just eyesores—they may be signs of deeper issues.
  • Inefficient flow:  If cooking, cleaning, or sharing a bathroom feels like a daily obstacle course, it’s time to reassess.
  • Energy inefficiency:  Older appliances, windows, or lighting can drive up utility costs and drag down comfort.
  • Life changes:  Growing families, aging-in-place goals, or becoming empty nesters all require your home to adapt with you.

Meet the Titus Team

The business world can feel pretty rough-and-tumble at times. The overblown egos, the broken promises, the inflated prices—it can all be so frustrating. Business transactions too often feel like ordeals to be survived. But they really should be mutually beneficial exchanges that help both sides in equal measure.

When we launched Titus Contracting, we wanted to be a different type of business. We decided to test the old adage that says nice guys (and gals) finish last. We were convinced we could build a successful business on a foundation of human decency. If we were wrong, we’d just do something else to make a living.
